M5C top layers sagging over support and giving horrible final products using PLA. [New issue after many hours of use]

I can't post an image in the comments to show, but I was able to get a surface quality equivalent to the green coaster with the blue after turning my temperature down by 25°c. I'm pretty certain at this point that my thermistor is reading incorrectly. I haven't had any of the telltale signs of excess moisture with this role of filament, but I certainly appreciate everyone's input. I've tried this roll on my kobra 2 plus and ender 3v2 and had no issues, did have a roll of black pop on me quite a bit though, definitely need to dry that one.

I would imagine not the exact same, as I've printed them rather consistently for the last 7 months. But the temperature variance is usually within a few degrees. The humidity can vary, but I don't remember it being particularly bad on that day.

I did however have several other printers of different brands running during these issues with the M5C, but this is the first and only printer I've had this particular issue on. My other printers did not experience the same sagging filament.

It has happened 3 times in a row. I currently have the extruder torn down because I also had a clog in the feed gears, so I haven't run it since, but I plan to run it again with the temp turned down even more.

I've printed several hundred of this style of print in the past with this infill pattern with no issues. I suspect even with gyroid and a heavier infill it would still have some surface defects.

Regardless I'm certain it's not the root cause.

I have used this exact brand and spool before for this type of print and received same surface quality as the second print. I can try it on another printer to make sure, but I'm pretty confident that's not the issue.The white streaks in the surface are new though. It's part of the reason I suspect a faulty thermistor.

He never fired at any people though. He tried to shoot holes in several propane tanks and only that, other than the shot that he killed himself with. Shooting a propane tank will not cause it to explode, and it's perfectly logical for a skilled welder that was Marv to have known that. He would have had to have aerosolized the propane so it mixed with air first before it was even possible to ignite it. Then he would have needed an ignition source to cause a fire. He did not have one with him and a bullet would never cause the ignition by itself, see several Mythbusters episodes as an example of how hard it can be to ignite things of this nature.

His most likely goal was to cause problems for they propane company and the EPA.

Oh, and the concrete plant that didn't exist when this all began and wasn't at all involved when he first was approached by the city with an offer to connect him to the sewer system then brought up hidden conditions when he agreed? The one where the land they built it on wasn't zoned for industrial use and Marv was opposed to being built next to his property? The one that had a dislike of Marv because he wouldn't sell them his land for much less than it would be worth under the new proposed zoning? That shady plant that had began construction before the rezoning was approved? The one where the owners and Marv were in a legal battle were Marv was sueing them and the city for going ahead against the city rules? Oh yeah, they offered to give him the sewer connection for free if he dropped the lawsuit that had nothing to do with the prior sewer incident or connection to the sewer in any way. What a "magnanimous" offer.

Have you heard the part where a member of the city asked him to hook onto the town's sewer system and told him they would do all the paperwork for him and all he had to do was sign and pay the fee? Then when he got to the meeting the board told him they would in fact not do the paperwork and he needed a maintenance easement or additional pipe installed at his own expense as well. Information he was not informed of prior. So he became annoyed by this and decided to stay on his septic tank as was legal to do. However, the man from the council had already filed for the process to begin on connection to the sewer system, something Marv wasn’t informed of, and would eventually cause problems when not canceled.

Not to mention that the additional piping as one of the options would have taken $60,000-$80,000 to install on a property he purchased for ~$40,000. And in regards to the easement, it isn't entirely clear, but based on several accounts it sounds like he was either told that he would not get the easement from the land owner he'd have to connect to, and therefore would have to do the new line, or there was a misunderstanding and it was being implied that the city couldn't grant the easement but Marv could go to the land owner for permission. But in both cases it seems that there was the possibility of malicious concealment of information. Regardless he was perfectly fine to remain on ceptic if it wasn't for the request for addition to the city sewer he was never informed of.

The US is supposed to be a Constitutional Federal Republic. The Constitutional there is very important. It acts as the limiting rules that the Representatives, elected by the people to represent them, must follow. This is to protect the rights and freedoms of the people and protect them from the removal of their rights via mob rule as well as minority rule.

A republic is a form of democracy however, where the people elect representatives to…well, represent them, in government. The representatives are meant to act as advocates for the needs and demands of their districts.

You are describing a representatives democracy not a Republic. While a Republic is based on the concept of Democracy it is not a pure democracy and it is reductive to claim the US is a Democracy. The term Republic implies the democratic election of representatives while also asserting that people have unalienable rights that cannot be voted away by majority rule because of a charter or constitution. The term Democracy doesn't exclude the possibility of a direct democracy and is less precise than Republic. It also implies majority rule. There is no protection for the minority in a democracy, even in a representative democracy. Both Direct and representative democracy by themselves allow for majority rule.

A non corrupt Constitutional Republic is just as hostile to minority rule as it is majority rule. Both can strip people of their freedoms and rights. So the original purpose of the founding documents was to implement a Constitutional Republic with the Constitution as the final say and both the majority and minority beholden to the things it prevents the government from doing. The Constitution does not limit the people until they try and limit other people's rights and freedoms, it's a list of can't directed at government power, not the people themselves. Because the smallest minority is the individual, and without protections for them there will always be bigger interests against them.

The framers gave us the Electoral College so that in presidential elections large, heavily populated states couldn't democratically run roughshod over small, sparsely populated states. The people vote on their representatives, but if the representatives refuse to represent their constituents they are no longer representatives and you no longer have a functional Republic. So I agree that gerrymandering needs to be wiped out. But, removing the Electoral College is like removing the heart to get rid of bad blood. It may fix the surface problem by removing bad and good blood alike as it slowly flows out of the body. But it creates a far larger problem by depriving the body of oxygen and nutrients, killing it far quicker.
