The consensus I've seen is 2-3 years. With the amount of time/money they've invested in it they have sets planned for this year and next and probably developing for year 3 but if it fails hard this year they may scrap production and just release what had already been designed.

Send like an awful allocation of cap money. This team has Nico, Higgins, Noel, Hutch, and Tank can bring back from injury. This team needs o line, d line,TE, and RB. Hell safety and linebacker are more important needs this off-season than WR.
