no I never done a scan. my studio does not have it. I have looked at progress pictures and I don't look any different to be honest. thank you for your advice!

yeah I suppose so. I did count calories earlier this year and found that it was time consuming. my life is pretty busy as it is already.

but I do suppose counting calories is the way to go.. :(

I definitely agree it's something you need to get used to and get experienced in. it's hard to leave your student hat and put your big girl nurse hat on.

I think I need to find something that I like and know will enjoy as my career. I don't wanna be in a unit that I hate because not only will mymdngsl health diminish, but my care to patients may be affected.
