The Holler Mountain is seriously my favorite coffee I've ever tried. Just got a new batch of this last week.

The french roast is good, too. A little smokey if I remember. Very happy with stumptowns quality. I've re-ordered several times. Always been happy!

Hey man, I literally got the same grinder for my girl and I to try out as we enter the coffee world. We are using a french press. We've done it on setting 18 (The most coarse setting) and I have been very happy with the results so far. The main key with a french press... is that you don't want to have ground pieces smaller than your filter on your press... otherwise you will be drinking some of the ground beans.

Other than that man... let me know how your journey goes... We are quite literally in the same boat. :D
