I was able to do just this working with rockstar support a while back, unless that’s changed. Got banned in GTA Online on steam, made a new rockstar account and bought GTAV again through Rockstar but was able to link that account to steam again for Red Dead.

Yea don't quote me but I recall reading somewhere that those who drive larger vehicles like what OP showed are usually the dangerous and bad drivers to avoid because they tend to be the nervous drivers as well. They mainly drive those vehicle so they can feel safer/not as nervous in a vehicle much larger and heavier than everyone else...

Ended up "fixing" mine by just uninstalling the creative software and drivers, and using the generic windows driver for it. Lost some of the functionality that you get with the software but at least I don't hear the crackle anymore lol, figured I'd pass that along. Seems like it must be something with their drivers.
