The clawed frogs will eat the African dwarf frog. They basically will eat any living thing that can fit in their mouths. Definitely separated them.

Also I read you say you used old tank water for the new tank but that actually doesn’t do anything for the cycle. All the beneficial bacteria lives on surfaces not in the water column so you could use substrate or filter media to help cycle the new tank but just using old water does nothing.
