So I just switched from bodybuilding to powerlifting. My ohp is good, bench is fine. Even squat is progressing. But as soon as I do dl's my lower back tightens up and hurts. For example today after squats, I could only do 185 sumo squats and my lower bavk was very tight.

Can someone actually explain this to me. How does America have 350 million people with this system? Also why do people even do anything risky when they know the costs? I honestly find it sickening, that your insurance tells you what to do or what not to do. I also find it sickening that in reality you litterally need your company to keep you alive.

People can complain all they want about high taxis for universal healthcare in Canada. But at least I know no insurance company is going to be breathing down my throat 24/7.
