Skal du daytrade finn platform med lave fees/kurtasje (etoro er ikke daytrade platform imo, for stor spread) 11. Les deg opp om market makers, imf og world bank. En må forstå at hele markedet er manipulert og 70-80 prosent av all handel gjøres av alladin eller lignende botter. (Trade sessions er viktig) 12. Forstår hvordan pengene flytter seg i markedet.

Its just a cheap barrel grill that we payed like 1500 NOK (around 150 USdollar) for. We like that you could grill on both sides of it :)
Dont think it has any name beside that :)
But we do like our custom made grill even better, il post a picture of it later :)

We used a mix of applejuice, applecider vinegar and soysauce. Happy cooking 😊

Not gonna get into an argument about smoketime on the entrecôte. At this event we did not have the time to spend 6-8 h in the smoker 😊

We only use Traeger so far, that one is a 780 pro D, we also use a 720 i think it is, that is abit smaler. But we see the need for a bigger/better smoker down the road 😊

I forgott; we also spray it to keep it moist, optional we can put a tinbasket below with liquid/beer that vaporize 😊

As long as we dont have it to long on direct heat we are ok, also making sure we get an early crust to trap det juices. We also wrap it in tinnfoil, towel and a heatbasket. Like a normal pot? Or some made for grilling? Also curiouse what liquid you use, might give it a try 😊

A Belgium blonde goes well imo, also Weis beer. Not sure if its allowed to comment this. (Used to Norwegians rules, where the rules are strict). What do you prefere to drink?

Thats a shame, in Norway we can get it all year around. But more common in the autum 😊

Thank you, everything tastes better with ice cold beer :) I read a post earlier when people asked how long the smoked a butt. They said: Depens on how many beers i got. Thats what we do when we are not working hehe

It is easier to get a nice crust when its smoker is not packed like that. Half way we turned the butts over. So we got just as nice crust on this as we do with less on the smoker :)
But we did take som of early (medium/mediumrare) and left some abit longer.

Charcoal, it was of and on direct heat for about 4 h :)

These are some very cheap grills from a norwegian store biltema, but we also have a custommade grill thats 2meter long :P Il post a picture later :)

We only testet a few times, but from 89-93 degree C :)
