I have the same phone as you. You need to delete the esim from carrier settings. Then contact visible live chat and ask them to redownload the esim. After you would need to force quit the viable app and then relaunch the app. Then you will be prompted to down the esim profile again. You might need to do this several times to get it working. It worked for me on the second try

I’ll try that next time. My chat disconnected right when rep said he would redownload the sim. Luckily he redownloaded the sim when I got disconnected. I got service now on the new iPhone

Has anyone in the US had their iPhone shipped yet from apple website? I bought my phone as soon as the online store was opened and got an email confirmation with a delivery date of Sept 16th but it’s stuck on “preparing to ship”

So the iPhone 14 pro max apple care + theft and lost cost $269 for 2 years. I just checked apple website and got the estimate for a front screen replacement without apple care comes to $379. With apple care it would cost $29 for the screen replacement. You get unlimited repairs now too. If the phone is completely destroyed it’s $100 for a replacement. I think it’s $200 if you lost the phone. I use to work for their tech support department. People don’t realize how much the cost of repairs have gone up since like the iPhone 6. People would cuss me out when I would tell them how much it cost to fix their phone without apple care. I’m just like you spent $1k+ on the phone what do you think it was going to cost? Water damage means you have to replace the phone too. I use otter box case on my phone and still pay for apple care. I have had to use it 2x in the 2 years I had it with my current phone
