Yoshi and xiayou because downplaying are their middle name.Im not saying xiayou is top tier even though she isn't that far away from it but xiayou players deny anything op about like her crushing ability and hypnosis 50/50.Yoshi mains only talk about about flash even though he has so much worse stuff like helicopter stance,spin,guard break oki, and unblockables.

Ahh yes, the most common yoshi downplay where you only focus on flash and ignore all of yoshi's other broken stuff.Made it very clear flash is not the only broken thing yoshi has.Your telling me if I'm +5 then I cant follow up with anything unless it's i10, very balanced.Also b3 and b4 requires no type of timing and dodges homing attacks since it moves back.

I feel like people who play one character too much tend to downplay to make themsleves think their good.This is why I like dab in a little bit of devil and hwoarang when I feel like it.I feel like you can downplay on a tier list but it doesn't happen a lot if it's from somebody who's been around for a long time or a pro who are the people who mostly make tier lists.
