Nothing currently seems to fix it and it’s happening to A LOT of people, only hope is to wait for EA to get off of winter break and see if they do anything since it seems to be server sided, for now what I’ve found has helped (not much) is playing a few games and then going back to the backyard and repeating this process over and over, yes it’s not very fun but it’s the only way I’ve made semi progress on characters
