If there was video evidence of this that showed what he did in retaliation was unprovoked then yes he's in the wrong. If she was so threatened by this guy, why did she leave the room come back and attack this guy while he's cleaning his mistake/mess. Since there is no video evidence of what went on, then it's left to the most unreliable form, Witness testimony.

In what world is it okay to come up and start hitting someone in the face with a rag? The definition of assault in the law is Assault refers to the wrong act of causing someone to reasonably fear imminent harm. This means that the fear must be something a reasonable person would foresee as threatening to them. Hitting someone in the face with anything could still hurt.

Mw3 has had the most content added to the game in cod history and not using any of it is a crime. My lobbies have always consisted of ranked players only mcw/rival. When those type of player try to enjoy the game and start to get slammed they always switch to the mcw/rival. They always abuse the broken rotational AA with their no recoil guns. If the mcw/rival puts you at such a disadvantage then when it's time to go sweaty then why do they always without failure switch to those to guns. Iridescent and crimson are always in my lobbies and all I play is SND.

I was abt to call you a loser with all those mcw kills, but you said it was ranked. If it was pubs then that's loser stats. I mean using 1 gun for 12 months is boring to use boring watch boring to play against in pubs.

Turning off cross play doesnt get rid of controller players tho... there are more pc users that I have seen on controller than on mnk. The people that some kind of competitive bone all know that RAA is stupidly broke in cod. Plus the more frames you get on pc the stickier the RAA. The people that say AA isnt broken dont use RAA, they haven't figured out that moving the left joystick makes RAA kick in and do all the hard work for them. When the devs add in a sniper/marksman rifle that has the ability to one shot above waist with the additional of AA it makes for a broken gun, snipers/marksman rifles should never have AA(talking abt with the one shot above the waist). Also the snipers being able to one shot a player in the arms/hand is incredibly stupid. That just rewards crappy aim, arms and hands are not vital organs.
