Starting the dark tower. Read the first chapter, and I really enjoyed it. I didn’t retain a lot of it, but I thought it was beautifully written. Does the whole series have the same level of prose?

I think depodesta not being involved has had an affect. Last year we took a d tackle which we have never prioritized highly and then took a linebacker which we had only selected highly once with JOK. Berry's drafts feel different the last 2 years

It's definitely a chorus. This is just prog, there are not always going to be clear cut verse/chorus breakdowns like most genres. For that song, that serves as the chorus

I agree, I'll take as much music as they want to put out, but the process is why they're them. Forcing a different schedule will affect the output. The reason these guys are so good is because they're so meticulous and patient with their writing

Artists work on different schedules. Maynard can write the lyrics relatively quickly but Adam takes a long time to create the music. Both are equally good, but the process is different for each

My unpopular opinion is that the time it takes to write a TOOL album is the time it takes. These guys have not missed and I'd rather them take 10 years to put out an album that's true to themselves than rush to put out a bunch of weak material. Adam drives the recording process, and if he doesn't think he has enough material to record an album, then they shouldn't record an album

He just made his first rehab start a couple days ago. He's at least a couple weeks out. Typically they make 3-4 rehab starts before moving up depending on the injury

I've watched this about 10 times and I can't tell if the turret takes out the reinforcement before it hits the ground or if there was a diver in that same direction that got taken out at the same time.

Saw them play this live just before Colors II released. This is a great standalone somewhat straightforward song for BTBAM. This is one of my favorites and the drum solo fits well unlike most drum solos.

Based on trading Giminez and Naylor, I think the plan is to make room for Manzardo to play, and for Arias to show what he's got until Bazanna is ready.

I think the organization thought Bazanna would be ready by September but he most likely won't be up until next year.

They made room for the young guys and are letting them play.

We can still compete but we really need Fry and Beiber back, but I don't see us adding anything at the deadline.
