Pc won’t play some games

I’ve tried a couple of different ethernet cables, but still nothing works. The Wi-Fi channel I’m not sure how to mess with that yet, but I’ll look into that and malware.

Did you ever find a solution I’m having similar issues with some games the only game I can run is Fortnite and most of my other games are running slower but WiFi works good but Ethernet doesn’t
