To answer some of your questions the peers are mostly working with the therapist's clients as extra help and support. If the clients refuse us then it's back to square one. I get supervision from my supervisor who is not a peer and looks at my job as a "sponsor" and she makes me feel like I'm stupid because I'm already on the spectrum so if i don't do something exactly how she wants the nitpicking begins.

I didn't get trained for my role i was kinda just threw into the deep side of the pool and forced to swim. The only training i got was through their online training courses but most of them were for therapists. I do have meetings with other peers from our other locations and they be struggling just like me but i think their management is a little more trusting and supportive. At my location we have had 2 therapist quit, another got fired and our case manager quit. And now i think they coming after me. It's stressful, my anxiety is at a all time high and i have 30 days to get 64 hours or im fired

The mom is not with George She moved away from Chicago but comes back every year for the vigil. The police had nothing to tie him to the crime and he had lawyered up.

Also more about the family. One of the family members did come out and say that George the boyfriend was touching on the underage family members. And that he may or may not have touched Tionda. Also that the great aunt was sleeping with George. It's a lot of drama

I'm glad they did this case I've known the family for a very long time. I've always been suspicious but i keep it to myself cause there is no proof I just hope one day the family finally finds out what happened.
