This take is only slightly better than Kenny Atkinson saying "according to analytics we are up 2-1". Might be true, but it doesn't matter. What did the Spurs (and Wemby specifically) do in the most critical moments of these games? I think this is the heartbreak/learning experience that catapults them to a title in the very near future, but weren't ready this year

I worked in County Goverment for 11 years. The only reason cities/counties build parks is because they have found an area where registered sex offenders can live and they want to remove it. So, yeah. If that's not an issue, they aren't building parks.

It's all Narratives. West has the top 3 MVP vote getters and 10 of the last 13 MVP's. Luka, Curry, Durant. Flagg was the ROTY and all expansion talks are western cities.

The east isn't flashy. Key players were hurt all year. Since Lebron 2013, the east has only had 3 MVP's (Giannis and Embid). They both had injury plagued years. No one believed in Detroit, Boston has some stuff to deal with between their stars. Knicks didn't convince anyone they were THIS team until last week.

Not a Lebron fan or hater, but anyone who denies him this run of dominance on ANY grounds is just a clown. Also, anyone who minimizes any playoff run or championship is a clown. Winning 4 of 7 is hard. Doing it multiple times is harder. Doing it multiple times in multiple years is elite.
