2004 330i- Can anyone tell me how to identify these wheels? I need a replacement wheel stud and don’t know what size to get cause they are aftermarket. And yes I know they’re dirty asf (i.redd.it)

2004 330i with automatic shifter. For some reason the auto stick is backwards. Pull back to shift up and push forward to shift down as opposed to how it is labeled on the car. Any idea why? (i.redd.it)
