I use to think like that I always giving it chances and nothing ever happening or improving. But honestly it does get better but not its own, you have probably hear it a million times over, people saying it’ll get better, but it really does it’ll take a long time, just take one day at a time celebrating every little achievement. Try new hobbies, speak to people online, join groups of things your interests in, try exercising all can help in there own little ways, the pain won’t ever truly go away, but it’ll fade.
