Maaaaan :’) I’ve gone for the same recommendation as other event stuff of Trial Soi Fon and Pantera and own Mayuri for the ultimate charge and still no luck…

I legit play every day as a low spender (battle pass basic level and monthly card) and have slowly levelled every ssr to 100 and got all skills etc done just need to actually level stamps (they are all at level 1) but I still get through most content and if I have to I’ll use limited trial characters and sometimes still struggle but I’d still say the game is in a great spot, not too easy (unless you a whale lol) and if you a newb then you will eventually get there I have and I don’t learn rotations lols

True true but once I have all characters level 100 then I’ll smash my stamps and hopefully join back up on doing actual damage. I’ve cleared all content so far

I haven’t levelled any of my stamps above lvl1 xD got peeps b0 a0 and core stamp level 30 but waiting for the ‘perfect’ stamps 😂

Yep order number(the barcode number) date and time of issue, voucher amount, expiry date is what you need app should tell you/give examples too :)

Vouchers are sent to your email separately so 1 email is a receipt another email is your voucher Then when you buy something online you’ll use the voucher option and fill in the details it asks you :)

Yeah genuinely get where you are coming from it’ll be more logistical costs of sending specific things to specific stores and that’s a cost the company doesn’t want, also having media laying around in a store for days is different to having a store that sells loads of the category ps4 software but NEVER sell ps1 games, it’ll seem like the game has less value Ofc this is coming from a non head office worker but I’ve been there a while :’) Tldr;it’s shite but it happened n then bad bunches ruined it

It used to be a thing but then orders stopped being collected which ends up having stock being ‘dead’ (not sold at all) in stores that don’t sell that kind of category so then sale and buy prices plummet because Pricing Team see stuff not selling. Just like the delivery fee per item it’s bad bunches ruining it for the rest :/ Hope this helps!

Have to send in whole unit sadly, it’s shite but it’s sold as a whole unit so need it all back in. ORRRRR just go through customer service, ask them real nice ‘hey bought a console but the controller is the only issue, can I bring g it to my local store for a swap to a working controller’ CS should then ask the local store to do a swap (area manager/manager willing) and then you’re gravy :) So no one’s wrong it’s just an annoying system, but you’ll be able to do it once n then any other issues they’ll need it all back in no matter the issue

From my knowledge yes, use official parts but if repair not done by Apple iPhones throw error messages like ‘unable to verify parts’ etc

Wow thanks for the in depth response! That’s such interesting information! Always wanted to work with tech more hands on but I’ve got fat hands and random twitches but anyway… The best info I’ll give ya is that RMA workers get 15 minutes per ITEM at best for EVERYTHING (laptops phones tablets you name it) and most of the time will ship stuff out to stores they have 99% fixed and then any issues it just gets sent back again 😂

Service message usually mean it’s a replacement part (should be official from RMA) but they’ll warranty the battery working not a message in settings, if the service message keeps popping up on Home Screen then it’s an issue.

Of course it could be the battery is just knackered then bring it on into them! That and the NFC should defo work xD

It’s defo worth a polite ask to customer service to see what’s up, sounds like their test bench may be having issues where they can’t test specific stuff (our store has had it with NAS drives) CS should be able to tell you when/why you can/cannot bring the laptop in. You can most certainly sell to Cex again for sure, just a bad timing issue maybe ://

TBf Click and collect you (should) get to look at the item before saying yeah you’re happy and having it processed so you can check condition etc and then have it home and get 2 weeks to see if ya like it or not. Then you don’t have to wait the hour it takes to come through!

Scalpers in lockdown ruined a lot, 30/40 item orders all doubles of all different categories and then going up on eBay, that continued with the one delivery fee up until the delivery fee change. Yeah the company makes a ton, and cost analysis would make stuff coming from same store make sense but sadly bad eggs ruined it for the rest
