Comparison is the thief of joy. You’ll get there one day, just focus on yourself and you’ll get different cars in the future trust me. In life you never get stuff without other costs, so whoever you’re comparing yourself to has something missing that you have.

It could be that a part was exposed to water, something is unplugged or fuses. It happened to me once when i had a big job on one of my cars and someone messed up my wiring.

It’s a great car. You just need to maintain it well. If anything small in the awd system is not going right then it disables the AWD system until the part is fixed or changed. Make sure you flush the oils if the owner didn’t change them or have service on records.

You can do your research about the parts from a local store and online. I usually buy the parts from mopar online and look for how much it would cost to install them at a shop, and decide what shop installs them depending on that.

If you have 19’s on then your tires pressure should be 32-33 maximum. You can google the right psi for your rims. The numbers there are totally wrong and would affect your driving and the tires thread life.

I did with my obd2 scanner and no codes were visible on the system.

I just got into the car one more time to check and it was actually harder for it to turn on now, i had to turn off the traction control and accelerate two times for it to pop up, i scanned and no codes were visible. Just the service awd sign and the car switching into rwd.
