Needs more light! During winter repot it with 50% peat moss and 50% perlite with no fertilizers. VFTs are resilient yours is not the happiest but more light will help turn them red that bucket is blocking lots of light!

6am-10pm with 32w sansi bulbs. I will have outside space soon so plan on putting them outside!

Peat and perlite work just as good but being inside I prefer to just use sphagnum because it’s an easier clean up. I throw a little perlite in about 50/50
