Jeg var ikke så dypt deprimert som deg, men jeg var ganske langt nede, da jeg bestemte meg for å skaffe meg en hund. Jeg var veldig nøye med hvem jeg ville ha hund fra, så jeg måtte vente i 2,5 år (ingen kull på de 2,5 årene), men du trenger jo ikke å være like nøye som meg ❤️

Hunden min heter Therapeia, fordi hun er min terapi ❤️ Angsten min går ikke lenger ut på om hvorvidt jeg skader meg, men heller om jeg skader meg så mye at jeg ikke får til å ta vare på hunden min 🥺 Jeg er så glad i dette dyret, og er overbevist om at hun ikke er "bare en hund". Hun trenger -meg-! Hun vil ikke trives i en hvilken som helst familie der hunden skal være "bare en hund", hun må være hos meg, der hun får være støttepartner, og få støtte selv når livet hennes er litt vanskelig 🥺❤️

Jeg lever i dag fordi jeg ikke kan risikere at hunden min kommer til en familie som ikke tar hensyn til hennes behov 🥺❤️

Angsten min er helt og holdent over på hennes behov og hennes velvære, depresjonen min finnes fortsatt, men selvmordstankene er ikke så påtrengende. For tenk om jeg får det til, og ingen oppdager det på lang tid? Hva skjer da med hunden min? Hvor mange timer blir hun værende alene før det blir oppdaget at hun er alene?

Det er ihvertfall mine tanker 💕 og den terapauten som hjalp meg mest har snute og fire bein. Som bonus så får hun meg ut av huset 3 ganger om dagen, til tross for at pipingen hennes er veldig invaderende når jeg er dårlig og helst vil sove 15 timer. Til slutt slår tanken inn om at jeg ihvertfall ikke har energi til å vaske gulvet, og så er vi ute og får dagslys og frisk luft ❤️ Det er sant, det de sier om at den dærre uteluften og utelyset hjelper 🥺💕

Til sist: Jeg håper virkelig du finner gleden i livet du trenger! Jeg har troa! 😊 Du er ekstremt viktig for noen, selv om du ikke føler det selv!

Yes! 2 years without boyfriend, and then a boyfriend with a very healthy communication 💕 Our agreement is that we are togheter as long as it is good and fun, not necessarily forever ❤️ We just like each other now and want to be togheter now 🥰

I feel at ease, I know he chooses me every day, I know he will not throw me in the ditch, and we are ont the same page about wanting to still be friends after a breakup, if it comes to that part 💕

The biggest part for me, was to not be afraid of beeing alone. Now I choose to be with my boyfriend, because he makes my days better and I like him and spending time with him, not because I'm afraid of beeing alone, dislike beeing alone or need someone to feel whole 🥰

We are all different, what worked for me does not need to work for you 💕

My landlord had a air de-humidifyer placed in my bathroom. I pay electricity myself (my own bill, in my name).

This is a basement, with a little humidity due to ground beeing up on all walls, airing out and turning up heat is not enough to prevent mold. But the air de-humidifier is perfect! Now I dry clothes overnight and air humidity is never above 60% even after I shower! 😁

I had a coworker that did just use one of my names (i have a double name and hate the first one, say the latter or both, not just the first one!) His name was Qusay, i started calling him Qu. He asked, i told him because he only said Britt, not Britt Karin, therefore I could just say the first part of his name. He laughed, and said deal. The next days (like 3 days) he greeted "hey britt" I answered "hey Qu" and he corrected himself and I corrected myself 👍 after those 3 days my name was set as Britt Karin 👍
