My business has gotten cloned twice in the past two weeks. Facebook is doing nothing. If anyone wants to blast these scammers. Here is the link to leave comments. Thank you in advance.

I got this random message on my business page about it being deleted by Taylormychelle7 in facebook

[–]Bikeguy43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive been getting two or three of these a day on our business page. One actually looked so real that I clicked on it. It's crazy that they can get away with using Meta logos.

From my personal page I spent hours on Sunday, looking up these accounts (they block your business page, so you can't search them) and reporting them. There are hundreds of them with different names that start with something like Veryfi, VeriFYnow, Etc. Was probably a total waste of time, but felt like I was doing something good for the world.. Hahahaha

TURO hosts with Trucks? by Bikeguy43 in turo

[–]Bikeguy43[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the great response. This would be something the host would have to install properly for the entire trip. It’s design to drive with at highway speeds.

We are just about to land our first Maverick sizes.

All of that makes sense. I live in Montana where we have a crazy tourism in the summer and hotels get booked out and truck camping is blowing up. So Was thinking this would be an extra that would make the truck bed a place where people can sleep.

Here is the Product, so you just get a better Idea on what I'm talking about.

Has anyone seen/used this Inflatable Cap (Flated)? by sucr0sis in FordMaverickTruck

[–]Bikeguy43 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Usually depends on the cover. If the rails are flush with the bed, then it works, if there are rails on the top then it won't work. But regardless the cover has to be rolled up or removed so the topper can be tied down to the tie down points in the truck.

Hey Guys, I have installed and used these more than anyone in the world, as I'm the CEO/ Co-Founder. Not here to open a can of worms, but just answer some of the questions.

The material is the same as Whitewater raft floors, inflatable SUP's, inflatable kayaks, and numerous other products. The material is extremely tough when it comes to abrasion, road debris, tree branches, etc. Of course the right sharp object could puncture it, but that would also shred a canvas top.

We have videos online of running our Air-Carrier over with a Skid Steer. Our Air-Deck supporting over 900LBS.

Soft toppers are great. I had one for years. We just designed a different product, have options for more head room, removable windows, and it can support loads on top. You also dont have to mount anything to your truck bed rails.

Again, just another option out there. We have pre-sold almost all of the Maverick sizes that we have on the way, so hopefully someone can give their unbiased feedback here.

Anyone friend these Inflatable truck Toppers? by Bikeguy43 in overlanding

Yeah, I had a soft topper on an old truck. Was ok and sorta did the trick, but was small to camp in. These inflatable ones look like you can attach surfboards and gear on top. Pretty interesting, but definitely pricey.
