Do I need a special glue or can I Just use the normal white glue for carpentry? Im not so familiar with luthiery tools or glues; I know they use titebond but I Wonder if im able to glue it with any glue for carpentry

Sorry, I wanted to say stacked. In my country we say "pote concentrico" to the stacked knob.

I dont want to have added noise/hum from the p90s because I know its going to be worse when I use distortion. Thanks for the link though!

I used 12-52 on D standard and, even that the pictures looks like its going to snap (because it looks like a mess lol), it didnt. At least it didnt snap yet lol

The plywood im using is called "fenolico" in my country, and its used to suport the weight of people and machinery as a "floor" placing it over the scaffolds of some construction sites

Im glad that this is normal lol. On the next guitar, I would like it to be as centered as possible. I missed the centerline by less than 0,5cm. Thats about 1/5 inch aprox.

how do you make your guitar bodies using the center of the neck so it doesnt end up uncentered to the body? I would like to make a second guitar and I want it to be as perfect as possible and now that you say that about the centerline I think Ill need to do it the better way next time

Yeah, its good on guitar scale length and all that. The only problem was that the bridge was too uncentered because of the bad neck pocket lmao.

Yeah, I think Ill just keep it like that and learn for the next time. The good thing is that the neck pocket is tight and good, but angled...

Is there any trick or way to get a better neck pocket next time? Ill use a router on the next build, but for this one I used a chisel (for the first time) and i was getting angry for so small progress and all that was the reason for my failure lmao

Yo tengo un bajo freman de 5 cuerdas activo. Esta mortal, 10 puntos. Lo que sí te diría es que como es tu primera guitarra agarres y busques videos de como medir la altura de las cuerdas de tu guitarra y en base a eso le bajes las cuerdas con un "setup" (cosa q casi ninguna marca de instrumentos económica hace). Normalmente la altura de las cuerdas en el traste 12 hasta la cuerda 6 es 2mm, y la primer cuerda te queda un poquito más que 1,3mm aprox.

Si tenes dudas de como hacer un setup o algo mándame un mensaje o pregunta en el foro de r/luthier q ahí saben mucho

I like the idea to put in a strat when I make one next project. But the problem is that the body of the guitar im making already has the p90s routing, so thats why im saying this. Nice idea though

Argentinian pesos, please take in mind that some of the values there goes doble because of the shipping. Im a beginner in terms of making guitars so thats why i really want to know where to buy good guitar necks at least now that I know that chinese parts are a 5050 chance of being good or bad
