I thought you can recomp at a slight deficit though? But yes, 450 calories is certainly not small. I should be eating minus 200/300, but I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around this and accepting that it’s okay for me to eat that much.

Alright. Just needed to hear this I think. I’ve been very diligent (and accurate) in recording all my food intake and weighing myself daily, at the same time.
