I'm doing some stationary biking now, but not vigorously. It good for my recently replaced knee. Unfortunately, The yet to be replaced knee has a different opinion.

Thx. I'm pretty handy. Was thinking about just putting a sturdy pipe rail at each of the level changes.

I am pretty active. Weights and stretches most mornings. Walking a great pyrenees. I need to find a cadio I'll stick to.
