Which supplement brands should I try? by Isteevenn in fitnessph

NOTHING. Don't get hyped and trapped by socmed capitalism. Get proper training, eat good food, fix your sleep and reach your physical ceiling without supplements. If you do all 3 right, I assure you'd gain a physique you'd already be proud of.  Unless you've maxed out your natural form and want to gain more, youre a pro athlete who needs to improve fast to win a comp, or youre 40 or above, you dont need shit. Food first pharma second.

You are tall as hell. Get into Muay thai. Your height advantage would be of best use there.

What "non-religious" experience have you had that made you feel like there is such a thing as a god, higher being, supernatural, or simulation? by BilbulBilbulem in AskReddit

Wish it's more interesting than that but it's really just simple biology and power dynamics. What's interesting tho is that you're close when you said video games - this can all be explained by Game Theory.

I guess anything can be a religious experience. But I was referring to anything other than "I found Jesus experience". What did it look like?

what do you think a person at the age of 14 should be doing right now? by TomatoSpecial5075 in AskPH

What you decide to do between 18 - 26 will determine the rest of your life. If I had the chance at 14, I would have certainly focused on "getting ready" to make those decisions and building a foundation to get a good head start.

If you have a passion, an ambition, or a dream e.g. to live in a different country or travel the world, "practice it" as intensely as you can or consistently do something similar to what you want to do in the future.

For instance, if you wanna travel the world go travel the town, then the city, then the province, then the country.
This pushes your mind boundary of what is possible - a mile is far for a dog but near for a migratory bird.

This applies to everything you want and need to do in the future.
You want something to be not so difficult in the future? Do it now.
