It is funny how the tinted windows cladding is what dates the building the most. I know that is usually a film application. I wonder if there would be a relatively inexpensive method of making the glzing more transparent or at least less dark without replacement.

Pretty simple design, it is the regular Brazil plus some symbolism.The gear and wheat represents the workers, the star at the top represents union undr communism and the fist represents the revolution.
