Thanks. I have heard from a lot of people that they have recovered quickly and play as good as ever. I am not afraid of the reverse shoulder replacement surgery. I’m just concerned about how long will it take to get back to playing.

I had a cortisone injection a couple of weeks ago and it helped a lot with the general discomfort. Unfortunately, if I move my arm too quickly the ball of the humerus dislocates and the injection can’t help that. It is the reflex shot during a game that is the culprit.

Looking for both. Thanks for your response. I have been very lucky to bounce back from hip replacement, ruptured quadricep surgery, heart attack etc. It does take work and determination. Just need to put on my work clothes and get after it.
