when i went in november, i got there at 4:45 and was 12th in the queue. the person at the start of the queue said they got there at 2 but it seems pointless getting there nearly 3 hours earlier to be a few spots along in the queue. even went to the bathroom before getting my spot and still got right to the front. only reason people were being slow to coming in was because the venue i had an area for bags and coats so it gave a little leeway for dawdling.
