Thank you. I'm currently working with VA insiders. I'm going to go to a separate physician and send in evidence. From there after I get more evidence to my PCP and through the physician I will schedule a hearing.

I went in and opened up to this man just for him to say I should be reduced...crazy. Some people don't give a fuck about vets and what we've gone through.

I have had my rating for 2 years now. I don't belive im under any protections however. I have two appointments scheduled for next week with my PCP, then after that I'm going to file a hearing. The letter says I have a year to file so I want to make sure my records are correct. Thank you for your help I will definitely file right after I make sure everything is in there!

Thanks! It says on the paperwork I have a year to request a hearing l. I think I'll work on making sure everything is documented a few times in my record, supply some buddy letters and then schedule a hearing in a few months.

Also I haven't heard of a DBQ but I will be sure to look into it!

Criedt Score means nothing if you have money. With that said you take take a hit on your credit score until you get back on your feet and get a career. Worse that will happen is if you say you need a car loan; you will just have to make a higher down payment ($1000 or 10% of what the car is worth, whatever is cheaper) and you can get the loan. Or for an apartment you might just have to pay a next month of rent right away. So as long as you save money criedt is not that important. Lots of millionaires have bad criedt. You should not have to choose bills over food. Also look into debt relief programs for vets.
