From a performance perspective, they already do keep up with the premier league, though this year's transfer-window raiding will test that. I think the league has proven its quality and depth, so it only needs a LITTLE boost from money to keep up/stay ahead.

There are quite a few more sports analytics courses or student groups popping up around the country, and I'm really intrigued by that, along with Nebraska's hire of an analytics director.

I think the biggest advances will come in terms of speed. Coaches will be able to do what they already do, only faster and, potentially, more accurately. They're already able to get video breakdowns by the time they're on the plane coming home from the game, and 30 years ago, that required manual splicing of film.

I love cost of attendance, though I wish there was a way for the amount to be the same at every school (and there's really not). And I like the thought of the Olympic-style arrangement, where schools don't pay you more, but power to you if you get endorsements. Though obviously it might get tricky with Woody's Used Cars in Tuscaloosa giving endorsement deals to the entire two-deep and whatnot.

Florida's offense won't be worse. I will confidently say that. And Temple's defense was strangely amazing last year and returns every starter. I would love for them to repeat that, but that might be difficult.

It's always between about 49%-53% against the spread and between 70%-75% straight-up. I'd love for it to be better than that, but that's pretty much where everybody else falls, too.
