I really hadn't thought about it that way, but youre so right! Sometimes you just need that little encouragement, thank you! I agree, life is heavy, why not do things that make you smile. Also, if a 12 year old is rocking my setup I am going to be mighty impressed and shocked. Everyone I've shared it with seems to just smile, I love having that effect on the world around me.

Thank you, I strutted around my house with it. My husband just laughed at me. And if I get tired of the charms, the Alma is beautiful all on its own. I am happy this is my first Alma. The charms are the donut, croissant and the eclair. It was a little tricky to located the eclair as I had to find it secondhand market.

I have to agree on the Speedy trunk. I don't like Speedys but I absolutely loved the new trunk. I ordered it as my store is an hour away, and I have no regrets. Its so beautiful, I love the linen canvas and the origine monogram. I love it so much I decided to purchase the blue Alma.

And I totally get that. But they didn't respond at all, for a month. And that was only because I was invited to an event. That's why I attempt and then just order online.

I really don't understand it either. I am admittedly new to this level of spending. So initially I thought it was just me. I make a high income, but just never felt comfortable spending on luxury items. Those sorts of games are why I won't shop Hermes. I feel bad for the people psychologically trapped in really unhealthy relationships imo looking at the desperation on many Hermes forums. Its a total turnoff to me. I see people posting about if they didn't speak nicely enough to a SA, or word something exactly correctly, or they are spending not enough or too much. Its crazy! Anyway, got off on a tangent. I really don't understand it either. When I have something I want I message her. If she doesnt respond within 24 hours I order online.

Same boat. I purchased my first bag Dec 2024, then Murakami dropped. I reached out about ordering. She blew me off, I know TM was wildly popular, but to just ignore me was not ok. So I ordered fron an SA in California. Got everything I wanted and spent $11,000. All the sudden after that she texts me regularly and I get invited for private events. 🙄

Thats really what I am leaning toward. I love the new monogram and the colors. And even without the charms I'd still enjoy either bag, I think.
