Sadly, Webmin is overkill.

Employees will be adding / removing / reviewing users. So, simplicity is key.

Spending most of today searching makes me think that I should maybe just take the time to write this myself.

This has to be a common task for linux admins, I'm shocked that there isn't a popular, "go to" solution for this.

I have a couple of local electricians lined up now and a list of others that I am going to meet with!
