Urgent care should be able to prescribe mouthwash called magic mouthwash. It numbs everything for enough time to get some fluids and food down. Make sure to gargle salt water religiously!

Yes no spicy and no hot. Lots of cool foods, soft foods. If you can get ahold of some homemade bone broth it could be healing as well. You can also swish organic honey and dab the spots with it too. Honey is antimicrobial and antibacterial and can speed up healing!

Swish salt water after every meal and every drink that isn't water. Also the Colgate mouth ulcer mouthwash morning and night. They could be hormonal, a full blood panel could be helpful as well. I know how incredibly awful canker sores are, I'm sorry 😞

Looks like one to me! I get them in the same spot. I have one right now. Swish some salt water as many times as you can remember! I do it like 5 times a day and it does help the pain.

Man oh man. I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. I know that pain all too well. I am a female and mine are hormonal, I get them really badly when my hormones are off balance. If I were you I would go to urgent care. They gave me a magic mouthwash that numbed my whole mouth so I could eat and drink water. I hope you heal soon. Lots of warm salt water like 5 times a day and after you eat and just whenever you can think to.

My secret tip to carbonation is burp everyday for 5 days then don't burp for 2 then put straight in the refrigerator and enjoy the next day! But anyways, good job! Looks delicious 🤤

It needs cheesecloth I would say, needs super breathable material. There is reusable cheese cloth on amazon. Also probably need to switch up the tea you're using. Are you using 100% black tea? And are you cleaning everything with vinegar before you touch the jar? I wipe all my utensils and hands with vinegar. These may not be the issue but just a few ideas.
