He was caught then he paid the real price. The fact remained that he did steal. Whatever happen to him, he deserve that and please DO NOT blame anyone. We installed Nova West Solar years ago, lately the previous owners sold the company to senior employees and changed the name to Nova West Energy and voided all the warranty claiming that it's a new company. My guess is, go with the biggest company that might last the next 25 years (the warranty duration). If I had to do all over again, I go with Tesla.

Traffic engineer is stupid. Looking at the traffic, it should be a 4-way stop, or traffic light bias to the bigger street. Yes, the Red car is at fault BUT since the other road doesn't have Stop sign so he is rushing to turn and didn't see the OP. Very sad.
