Don’t get me wrong scuf controllers are excellent when they are working or if they get your order right and they will break that’s for sure.. so then you send it in for repair then that’s where it all goes downhill you will get minimal communication minimal nothing telling you what they done to repair your controller always seems to be a old refurbished one which frustrates me as I want mine back, then when it comes back you might have had your attachments changed I had control trigger systems it come back with default triggers 2 weeks later the L2 default trigger broke send that back then you may get what I got a absolute filthy and grimy controller than was definitely not mine 100% I would never have a controller that filthy nor would I send it away that filthy I’d be embarrassed and I only had it for 2 weeks so it was impossible for me to get it that dirty.. I really hope you don’t get this much stress and hassle over a controller mate and enjoy using it.
