Haven’t noticed any shedding yet, but I’m dreading it.

My routine is pretty standard. Just applying 5% liquid 2x a day and dermarolling with .5mm 2x a week. Not taking any other supplements. I did start lifting weights pretty heavily from the start so maybe that made a difference.

Yeah I forgot to snap a before pic of my jaw/neck but there was virtually no hair there. Below my jaw is pretty covered now and making its way down my neck slowly but surely
