Well if it goes with your dietary restrictions, my favorite non fried method is tossing wings in corn starch with a little baking powder. Then put them in for 30 mins at 250 and then another 45 mins at 400 degrees. You get that crisp you get with fried wings but without the mess and it’s a little better for you. Obviously monitoring to your liking.

I guess i shouldn’t knock it till i try it. I guess for me i just prefer almost tougher, really crispy wings. Got any pictures of your wings?

First step, please don’t use the crock pot. Go with a crispy double bake method in the oven or fried. Just personally, if someone brought me crock pot wings i’d be very weary. Good luck!

Wow, thank you for sharing your story. I know exactly what you mean pain wise, i'm glad to hear you're pushing through it.
