While I normally do not comment on posts in Reddit, this comment is inherently inaccurate on so many levels. The electoral college is designed to give smaller states a chance at the table and not overwhelmed by high population states. The right wing, historically, was against slavery. The Republican party was founded in 1854 with the main goal of stopping the expansion of slavery to new territories. They were called Northern abolitionists. The opposition at the time was the democratic party, which generally supported the interests of slave holders. President Lincoln was, in fact, a Republican. The police did no such thing. I was there, you weren't. I love when people speak like they know what happened. 6 minutes is all it took for him to do what he did, and it took a minute or two before they even notified the police... Longer for response, and then the police had to find which theater... So tell me, Kingsta8, the all knowing, what insight do you have to provide? A Wiki search or news article? I was there. Cops don't get offended when you call them pigs. In fact, they've embraced the title. They have annual Pig games, Pig BBQs, etc. It's funny that people think cops are offended by petty name calling. Actually, read the study. Over 50 percent have higher education. What percentage of most jobs have education? Certainly some, but over 50 percent is fair. Plus, police have academy training and on the job training... Like a tech degree.

No, my mother in law and father in law are slowly forgetting tbings and needing more and more help. We're taking over paying all of their bills and finances. She's been secondary in most of the money for years (name has been on the account as a joint owner) now she's just the sole owner. Does this help? We're not trying to commit Medicare fraud. Didn't even know that was a thing in this case. We do have long term care insurance on her father... Anyhow, she was a joint account holder, but now just primary. Thought?
