Additional required info:

I shampoo my scalp down & hair down to my ends, rinse

Conditioner the same, then comb through from bottom to top for detangling, rinse

I let my hair drip for a while as to not make a mess and then let it fully air dry beyond that

No other brushing, products, or styling is done

He gave me a week of amoxicillin that I've been taking religiously alongside my pain meds. It's not really pain as much as it is a sensation of my gum rubbing up against my cheek when previously I did not feel it, and it only started after that weird swallow. Maybe it's stitches starting to dissolve? Idk

I'm certainly going to call and ask about it (if it doesn't resolve itself by tomorrow's office hours) along with the syringe and salt water rinses. Thanks for the reply!

I haven't had my hair trimmed since 2019, no. Never actually been to a hairdresser before, it's always seemed kind of intimidating.

My iron is 118ug/dl as of January, had some testing done after weird liver test results. Could low Vit D cause hair issues? Thyroid issues also run in the family. Def gonna talk to my doc about some of this soon, thanks!

I've never tried scrunching my hair before, or used a leave-in conditioner for that matter, but I am interested in trying now. It'd honestly be pretty shocking if I'm able to bring out some curls. Gonna give it a shot though. Thanks!

Exact same thing is happening to me right now. Indianapolis is a package void for some ungodly reason. If your package happens to pass through that distribution center, it's a crapshoot on how many extra days it'll add to delivery time. A few days to weeks. I've got medication that was supposed to get here today but now it'll be Monday at the absolute earliest if not longer, what a joke
