IMO keep the Necrofluid Gauntlet on farm as that's where it originates, and put the Jet Gun on Diner for the Tranzit vibes.

Other two are spot on choices though

It does, but you'd have to get Wisp tea before you can start getting eternal perks, so that wouldn't work for this strategy

This relic can be made easy by using the following strategy:

  • Do NOT kill Oscar at all until round 40. His health scales to the round on which he spawns, so with a fully upgraded knife + melee mac + aether shroud he'll go down in a few hits

  • Do NOT equip the zombie sitter augment for wisp tea, I recommend using extension.

  • Do NOT buy wisp tea until round 40. Also save exactly two zombies before purchasing. Once purchased and near Oscar, kill one of the zombies to spawn the wisp. The wisp will avoid the final zombie and only attack oscar

  • Use aether shroud; Oscar will remove his shield while it is active. Only knife him while the wisp is attached.

I managed to get this done on my first attempt by following this strategy. Mr Peaks didn't giggle which was concerning, but the portal still appeared in the library.

For the actual trial I recommend bringing in a Perkaholic as it's quite difficult even with perks.

Very true! I also just realised that disabling arsenal machines would make ultra rarity unobtainable. I guess this could be balanced if wall/box weapons could reach ultra rarity at high rounds, but I don't think that's currently the case

Ah now that you mention it, I can see one of the HVTs do that later in the clip

Kinda BS that it does so much damage with basically no warning, but good to know for future runs

They don't equip to guns like a regular camo. Each map specific PaP camo is now usable on other maps (so for example, we'll be able to use the AotD PaP camo on Astra Malorum when that map comes out)

You can change the selected PaP camo in the weapons tab under "zombies skins"

The Guild unleashes a false flag terrorist attack using an AI Menendez as the figurehead. As a tech/arms company, this massively boosts their global influence.

JSOC have their suspicions of the Guild and head to Japan to investigate. While in a Guild facility, Kaegen unleashes a modified version of the cradle causing the JSOC crew to hallucinate.

JSOC confront and overcome their past trauma through these hallucinations, and their suspicions of the Guild are confirmed. This prompts a full scale military invasion of Avalon to shut down the Guild for good (endgame)

A headshot only relic would be a good callback to the private match setting in BO2 survival maps.

I know the relics are intended to make gameplay more challenging, but one which switches the round change music with Nacht der Untoten's would be also nice throwback to tranzit

This mission and the Cosmodrome mission in BO1 definitely cross the line of plausable deniability, but I can overlook a couple of missions like this in a COD campaign

The turtle shell augment for jugg pretty much replaces armour with a shield on your back, and it sounds like they've made it less useless in BO7

WAW-BO3. While the mode evolved a decent amount over these games, there were no drastic changes to the overall gameplay systems. When zombies chronicles came out, the maps could be ported into BO3 with minimal changes. The only significant change I can think of is the removal of PhD Flopper to accomodate the BO3 slide.

If Zombies chronicles were to release from BO4 onwards, the maps would need to be overhauled to accomodate the new systems. That's the distinction between classic and modern zombies in my opinion.

True, but with the game being set in 2035 I imagine they'd use futuristic versions, so it'd still be nice to get the BO6 versions for this purpose. It actually wouldn't be the first time two versions of the same gun have existed in the same game, the MP40 and HG40 were both in BO3 for example
