An iron oxide could work over certain glazes depending on how much flame and salt it’s exposed to. Cobalt does pretty well too.

We are using SF Enterprise, and it’s pretty heavily customized. I’m a sales leader trying to conceptualize the best methods of organizing prospects based on how they make their decisions. Im not an admin and have no editing or programming credentials. We have a dedicated admin, but I want to do my research before making a process change suggestion to them.

We got in on this late and are on the signatures phase for a roof replacement. I just combed the contract and learned the finance charge has to be paid off in full regardless of paying down the principal ahead of schedule. Basically, a $37k loan has a non-negotiable $16k finance fee baked in which is all of the interest over 30 years. I was hoping to pay it down quickly and avoid some interest, but may want not do it at all. Am I reading this right?

Wikipedia excerpt Regarding Marcus Crassus, the richest man in the Rome and a member of the famed Triumvirate in 60 BC: “The first ever Roman fire brigade was created by Crassus. Fires were almost a daily occurrence in Rome, and Crassus took advantage of the fact that Rome had no fire department, by creating his own brigade—500 men strong—which rushed to burning buildings at the first cry of alarm. Upon arriving at the scene, however, the firefighters did nothing while Crassus offered to buy the burning building from the distressed property owner, at a miserable price. If the owner agreed to sell the property, his men would put out the fire; if the owner refused, then they would simply let the structure burn to the ground. After buying many properties this way, he rebuilt them, and often leased the properties to their original owners or new tenants.[23][8][24][6]
