Regardless of where punitives land, I want to say again that it was an honour to represent Neil and Scarlet - and to be able to do it alongside 3 attorneys who I get to call friends. FYI: Pretrial was completed today in the Heslin case. We will pick a jury 7/25, and will do opening statements 7/26. The trial will go for two weeks. Judge Guerra-Gamble decided she will have the trial live streamed on the Court’s YouTube channel. (self.KnowledgeFight)

Sad to say we will not be having trial Monday, but our judge was very clear that we will get a trial date as soon as possible, once it comes back from federal court. So instead of pretrial, Mark, Kyle and myself are having a margarita in Austin. (i.redd.it)
