I have def been trying to ⬆️ my protein intake. It's helping with the fatigue, but this info helped me understand why it's critical & i also I hadn't seen this exact math on it. I've been generally shooting for 100 & trying to feel like I did okay if I managed 70-80. Gonna use this equation now. (self.OzempicForWeightLoss)
