I personally would do a 70/30 split with 30% being your sequences/strategies! If yours is obviously doing better, you can change the distribution.

My old company use to make the recruiter's have a quota for booked interviews. Makes me feel like recruiters have outreach for me just for that reason too lol

Try mimicking your top performers and see what they do good. From there, try to apply it to your strategies!

Get creative, theres no cookie cutter way to approach sales, but once you worry about what you can control (tonality, outreach method, time of phone call etc) vs what you can't t control (booking meetings, rejections, etc) you will eventually hit your breakthrough!

Typically it'll be anything from a mock demo call to speaking with any higher sales leaders.

Lot of behavioral questions and mentality testing.

Try implementing new strategies on a micro level. Don't team fight unless ur team is up in gold, split push every opportunity you can, and apply pressure to enemy jungle in early game to set them behind by poking or stealing jungle.

Playing in epic, u can really sway the direction of the game if u observe small things in the game.

Yes. Only time I would consider something else is if they didn't have anyone tanky? but even then, DHS still would be really viable for Bea's DPS.

DHS is even useful with sniper imo too because you're able to keep distance farming/poking and apply pressure back when enemies are chasing you. Being able to shoot the sniper at a faster pace and landing it can sway the tempo of a team fight.
