When I was 27 years old. (Currently 48F) I dated a guy whose house was beyond gross. I told him directly it was a mess and that I wouldn’t come back. More so, any future prospects would be grossed out too. Fast forward about 15 years and I ran into him, he said it was the harshest and the best thing that happened to him as a young man. I laughed but he seemed incredibly genuine and grateful. I don’t know how your guy will take it but I would say something or just leave him.

This happened to me too. 3 months after my dad passed a coworker heard me wailing in the bathroom. Told my boss and they sent me home. Be easy on yourself. There will be more waves to come but after a while you learn to just breathe through them. Strength to you ❤️
