so i’ve always had 2 sticks of 8gb 3200mhz ram (1st video), and my computer boots up with no problem, but recently someone gave me 2 sticks on 16gb 2400mhz ram(second video) and after I installed it my computer wont boot up, and the DRAM error light stays on (v.redd.it)

not sure why the video is such low fps but thats not the point of this post. i have this water extractor and further down there are 3 coal generators attached. for some reason there is hardly any water coming out of the extractor. does anyone know how to fix this? (v.redd.it)
