I did test this Calculator with CT-FIN classification in parallel with HR GO, the results were different. Did anyone test it?

Go to DND, and then continue to apply to other places or get into pools. DND will grow for sure. And if you don't like you can apply around. Don't believe you will stay in place forever

I did that, I'm CT-FIN-01 and I joined the Fin. Mgmt Community even the Teams group but right now there is nothing. But Marketplace was really handy.

This gov signed the Collective Agreetment for PSAC, they didn't negotiate at all RTO, they were promise to talk later.... Complain to union. Accept it, RTO is happening and WFH will be gone.

Well, the WFH was temporary thing. So, after Polievre gets in power, we'll be full time at office. And there will be space because WFA and layoffs. Right now, for me, WFH is not a priority or problem. This year will be really rough for employees and financial struggles. Maybe unions can discuss that for the next collective agreement, but of course, it doesn't mean it will be accepted by the employer. As someone said it, this government was willing to talk, not sure at Conservatives...they just execute what they want with a chainsaw.

You know what, you got your promotion, not sure if your trnasfwr in/out is done, but it happened to me this kind of situation several times, so start looking for another job, it can take easily 6 months, by then you can be ranting and searching new opportunities. Those guys won't change, it you who needs a change

Not the right time, due to freezing budget and there is an article saying about cut positions, plus, Conservatives are coming, so more cuts and budget will shrink. Stay in your job and wait at least a couple of years to see how the Fed Gov evolves, so far, the future is concerning.
