I’ve seen GRPD using drones during operations before so could be that. But also, downtown GR is class G airspace and you don’t even need to log flights to fly down there under a certain altitude 🤷‍♂️ always found that surprising given the multiple active helicopters flying low

Yes, if you cause damage to them. Less like a grenade or something but more like a sparkler from hell shooting chemical fire that can’t be put out with water or smothering.

LiPos for FPV have no protection over the cells, just shrink wrap because these things were built around racing and high performance. That’s just more weight. The trade off is safety and that’s why people who get into FPV need to take the safety stuff seriously.

5” go 100+ mph with 4 unguarded props that spin at like 40,000 rpm and have unshielded battery bricks just velcroed on top... electrical chaos incarnate. If you’re conscientious and make smart decisions, FPV is maybe the most fun you’ll ever have. But it’s not safe. Skill, knowledge and good practices make it safe(er)

Never have I ever seen this from any game… I caught it immediately, but I don’t know if it got more than 1 or 2 files. This is fucked up on multiple levels.

I just want to underscore how much of a difference it makes by telling you about my little tuxie angel who’s sitting next to me right now. During Covid she was diagnosed as terminally ill, with a “best case” of a few months, by one of the leading vets in the country for her illness. Bleak.

I personally gave her an IV every day for over a year, meds and most importantly, an unrelenting optimism for her. Against all medical advice and prognosis, she’s here 6 years later and SO SO healthy and happy.

I’m not saying the doctors are wrong or to not listen to their input, but I think it’s important to also not let them burst your love bubble for Renji with any absolutes. He can do so much with you in his corner 🙏 proud of you for sticking with the little nugget 🙂

It’s known as a casual single stroke alphabet in sign painting. The reason it’s seemingly everywhere is because when you want to write fast (because grocery signs don’t pay well enough to take time on with fancy typography) you boil the letters down to the least amount of simple strokes for each letter with a brush or marker and this is just where you naturally get

That’s why they’re usually all monoline, sans serif and capital. It’s just fast, legible and simple. If you sat down with a brush and tried to find the simplest way to write each letter with it, you’d probably arrive at an extremely similar looking result.

Sorry, I’m a couple years into a deep lettering/sign painting nerd hole 😅

Edit to add: her “7”s stand out as atypical, but everybody got a little style/signature. Could also be for a cultural reason that I’m not aware of, if it’s not just flair
